You have the bones of your project. A lot more refinement needs to take place yet. So take the Main Content and start to dissect it into smaller pieces with chapter headings.
As an example – you may have decided to write an e-book about Starting an Internet Business From Home. One of your chapter headings could be – Do I really need a Website?
Within each of these headings or chapters there need to be subheadings. These subheadings enable you to set out clearly the main points of the chapter. It not only helps you to get your information sorted in your own mind, but it makes it very easy for the reader to scan the material and quickly pick out the things relevant to them.
So under your heading Do I really need a Website? you might include subheadings like
What a website will do for you.
Include as many subheadings as necessary to highlight the main points and break up the body of text.
You have been through all of the thoughts that you first wrote down and put them in an orderly sequence. Then you have broken the main content down further into headings and subheadings. The only things left to do are to go through it again and make sure that everything is in a logical order and that nothing has been left out or repeated.
Make any changes that are glaringly obvious and then leave it alone for a good length of time. A couple of days if you can, but at least long enough so that when you go back to it again, you will be looking at what you've done with fresh eyes. It is a all so a good idea to get a friend to read through it, as they will be more objective to your content.
Further changes can be made at this point if you think they are necessary. Now the time has come to be creative and begin writing.
